The Northlake Chevron at 4246 Lavista Rd. has been torn down. A new Chevron with an additional commercial building will be constructed on the site.

A 2,900 sq. ft. convenience store will be located on the southwest corner of the property, gas pumps will be beneath a canopy in the center, and a 5,000 sq. ft. mixed-use commercial building will be on the east side along Northlake Pkwy. The tenants for the mixed-use space have not been announced.

Full access to the property will be maintained on Lavista Rd., with right in right out access on Northlake Pkwy., and access from Northlake Senior Apartments to the north of the property.

Site plan for new Chevron at Lavista Rd. and Northlake Pkwy.

The former building was constructed in 1987. The Northlake Chevron is one of six gas stations near I-285 in the 1.3 square mile Northlake District. This will be the first new gas station in the district since 2011.
