The Tucker-Northlake CID is a public-private partnership that seeks to create a vibrant, walkable and economically thriving Tucker-Northlake community where:

  • A lively Downtown Tucker attracts residents and visitors with its small-town charm and prosperous shops, restaurants and businesses
  • Northlake’s regional commercial center evolves into an economically successful, mixed-use, walkable destination, and the industrial center becomes a desirable business location with unparalleled highway access to metro Atlanta and beyond
  • Lavista Road and Lawrenceville Highway are efficient, multi-modal connectors moving people through the region and to all of the area’s activity centers

The mission of the Tucker-Northlake CID is to increase economic value in the community by leveraging business and government investment in the district in order to improve accessibility, connect people and places, facilitate robust economic development and provide a clean, attractive and safe community for all who live, work and play in the Tucker-Northlake area.
