TUCKER-NORTHLAKE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
The Tucker-Northlake CID is a public-private partnership that seeks to create a vibrant, walkable and economically thriving Tucker-Northlake community where:
- A lively Downtown Tucker attracts residents and visitors with its small-town charm and prosperous shops, restaurants and businesses
- Northlake’s regional commercial center evolves into an economically successful, mixed-use, walkable destination, and the industrial center becomes a desirable business location with unparalleled highway access to metro Atlanta and beyond
- Lavista Road and Lawrenceville Highway are efficient, multi-modal connectors moving people through the region and to all of the area’s activity centers
The Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (CID) represents hundreds of commercial property owners across Downtown Tucker, Northlake, Montreal, and the Lawrenceville Highway Corridor. The CID partners with federal, state, and local government on strategies to improve the right of way, attract community-oriented businesses, and keep the area thriving today and tomorrow.
