This afternoon the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (CID) Board of Directors held the first board meeting of the year at Tandem Bank. All board members were present except Chip Cofer. The Board approved the minutes from the November 2022 meeting, voted unanimously to renew a contract with Flock Safety for security cameras, and to fund additional landscaping at the intersection of I-285 and Lavista Road. The intersection is currently maintained by Brightview Landscape Service. The Board reviewed the progress of the alleys, trail, and town green projects in Downtown Tucker.
