The Tucker-Northlake CID has a new website devoted specifically to Downtown Tucker. The new site, downtowntucker.com, highlights projects, plans, and studies specific to the downtown area. The website provides a list of resources for businesses looking to relocate to Downtown Tucker as well as information for existing commercial property owners, planners, and residents.

“There is so much good happening in Downtown Tucker that we wanted an easy way for people to find and share the news.” said Matthew Lee, Executive Director of the Tucker-Northlake CID. “The site provides an opportunity to look behind the scenes and enjoy some of the progress that may have been missed.”

Whether it’s a quick scroll to see photos or downloading a copy of a study or a plan, the site is a helpful resource for both casual observers and professionals.

“People want to know what’s happening and they want to feel good about the place they call home,” said Lee. “In a way, HGTV is a testament to how much people enjoy the process of envisioning new opportunities in old spaces. It’s more than just before and after photos. What happens in the middle matters and that’s the space where people invest their emotions. Making things look and feel right takes good planning and implementation. When it’s done right it creates a compelling story for an entire town and that’s worth sharing.”

The domain was originally purchased in 2018 and temporarily used for the Downtown Tucker Master Plan survey. As downtowntucker.com grows the Tucker-Northlake CID will continue to maintain and expand its online presence in other locations.
