At the request of the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (TNCID) this past spring the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta Center for Leadership Mini Technical Assistance Panel (mTAP) created a Downtown Tucker Parking Revitalization study examining parking conditions in Downtown Tucker.

Team members Bryan Edwards, Niles Bolton Associates; Stewart Evans, Macallan Construction; Terry Grandison, Office of the Fulton County Attorney; Ansley Nixon, Jamestown LP; and Keith Rothwell, Oxford Properties reviewed existing conditions and best practices to develop a list of potential solutions to parking challenges. The study offers several recommendations on how to best use the existing 988 parking spaces, both public and private, within one block of Main Street.
