The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has updated the visualization for the I-285 Eastside Express Lanes Project. The plan now includes north-facing access to the express lane system at Northlake Pkwy. This addition is designed to reduce congestion, commute times, and provide better access to the Northlake District. Here is a link to the video starting just south of Lavista Rd and moving north. The Tucker-Northlake CID is pleased with this decision in our on going partnership with the State of Georgia.
