The One Northlake Plan: A transformative vision to better connect people, places, and opportunities across the Northlake area.
“Northlake” is more than a mall. It’s a district. It’s time to move the entire Northlake area forward as a stronger place to gather and do business along I-285. With support from the Atlanta Regional Commission’s (ARC) Livable Centers Initiative (LCI), the Tucker-Northlake CID is leading an effort to create a more accessible, vibrant, and economically competitive community.
The plan will coordinate transportation and development strategies across a one-square-mile area spanning portions of the City of Tucker and unincorporated DeKalb County to help shape a stronger, more connected future through a shared vision for all of Northlake.

Community Pop-up Week: Love Letters to Northlake
Visit one of our pop-up engagement locations from August 14–21 to share your ideas for the Northlake district! Review our vision boards, leave comments, and write a “Love Letter to Northlake” using the special mailboxes located in each lobby. While you’re there, grab a meal, browse the library, or support a local business.
