Yesterday the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (CID) Board of Directors held a board meeting beginning with an election for board post 1, 3, and 4. Chip Cofer chaired the meeting and all board members were present except Honey Van De Kreke and Brad Spratte. Stakeholders elected Betty Willis to Post 1, Honey Van De Kreke to Post 3, and Bob Espy to Post 4. The board voted unanimously to approve a change to the bylaws to align with DeKalb County statutes, and a change to the CID’s procedures to increase security for electronic payments. The board discussed the landscaping project at the I-285 and Lawrenceville Hwy intersection, planning for the I-285 express lanes exit at Northlake Pkwy, a DeKalb County funded sidewalk project on Northlake Pkwy, Flock security cameras, and changes to billing for stormwater.
