On June 27, the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (CID) Board of Directors held a special called meeting via teleconference to approve the CID’s millage rate of 3 mills for 2025 and to approve a landscaping contract with Yellowstone Landscape. All board members were present except for Barry Schrenk and Bob Espy.
Yellowstone Landscape was awarded a three-year contract, beginning July 1, 2025, for the maintenance of the I-285 and Lawrenceville Highway intersection.
