NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the DEKALB COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ACT OF 2008 (Ga. L. 2008, p. 3817) that a caucus of Electors of the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (CID) shall be held on the 20th day of July, 2016 at Bank of North Georgia, 5100 Lavista Road, Tucker, GA 30084.
The purpose of the caucus is to elect one Board Member to Post 3 and one Board Member to Post 5 to the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 9:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Voting will occur immediately after each Elector who has arrived at the registration table by 10:00 AM has registered. Registration closes at 10:00 AM. No proxy votes may be cast. A map of said District is on file with the DeKalb County Commission Clerk. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes. A quorum shall consist of those Electors present. The Millage rate shall continue to be 3 mills.
